Terminated Employee Does not show Coverage
The employee must be covered for every day of the month in order to have a code for coverage for that month.
- If EE’s are covered until the EOM of their termination date, the Benefit Plan settings about Coverage through the end of term month should be checked
- Update their Medical Benefit Plan “Effective To Date” to show coverage through EOM
- If EE’s lose coverage effective their date of termination, then it’s correct that they’d show not having coverage that month since they didn’t have coverage every single day.
