Fuse does not offer 3-day, or less, ACH funding for Employee Direct Deposits.
The following options are available for your company to choose from:
- 5-Day ACH processing window:
- Process payrolls at least four business days before the Check Date
- Fuse Workforce processes ACH Debits from your company bank account to occur three business days before the Check Date.
- Separate ACH Debits for:
- Direct Deposits
- Payroll Taxes
- Invoice Fees
- Separate ACH Debits for:
- Pre-fund with a Manual wire:
- Process payrolls at least two business days before the Check Date
- In unique situations, your payroll can be processed one business day before your Check Date as long as the wire is received that same day
- Initiate wires through your bank to Fuse Workforce, pre-funding your entire payroll, including your direct deposits, payroll taxes, and invoice amount, no later than one business day before the Check Date
- Process payrolls at least two business days before the Check Date
- Pre-fund with a reverse wire (a.k.a. wire-draw down):
- Authorize your bank to allow Fuse Workforce to initiate reverse wires
- Process payrolls at least two business days before the Check Date by 3:30 pm EST
- Fuse Workforce initiates a reverse wire from your company bank account one business day before the Check Date for the total of your direct deposits, payroll taxes, and invoice amount
- Fuse charges an additional processing fee of $10 per wire for reverse wires

To set your company up for the reverse wire option, the following form must be completed and returned to Fuse.
- Process direct deposit through your bank:
- Process payrolls at least 2 business days before the Check Date
- Fuse Workforce generates a NACHA file for you to then provide to your bank for them to process your direct deposits
- Please contact your bank to find out if this option is available on your account. We will need a specification sheet from them to work on your NACHA file creation.
