      Oklahoma Tax Registration

      Helpful links to register for Oklahoma withholding and unemployment accounts

      Oklahoma Tax Commission (Income Withholding)

      1. Go to https://oktap.tax.ok.gov/oktap/Web/_/
      2. Click on Register for a business
      3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out directly to the agency at 405-521-3160
      4. Once Oklahoma has processed your registration, Fuse will need:
        1. Your account ID
        2. Your filing frequency
        3. Access to your account online
          1. Send your account ID and filing frequency to Fuse so we can request access, which will need approval.
          2. Click here for more information on approving this online access request.
      5. Please forward all of the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com

      Oklahoma Employment Security (Unemployment)

      1. Go to https://eztaxexpress.oesc.state.ok.us/Access/Default
      2. Click on Create an Employer Account
      3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out directly to the agency at 405-557-7100
      4. Once Oklahoma has processed your registration, Fuse will need:
        1. Your account ID
        2. Your unemployment rate
        3. You will need to assign Fuse access to your account online.
