Helpful links to register for North Carolina withholding and unemployment accounts

North Carolina Department of Revenue (Income Withholding)

1. Go to https://eservices.dor.nc.gov/ncbusreg/faces/Welcome.jsp%20
2. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 877-252-3052
3. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
   1. Your account ID
   2. Your filing frequency
4. Please forward the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com

North Carolina Department of Employment (Unemployment)

1. Go to https://www.des.nc.gov/employers/create-or-update-employer-account
2. This website will walk you through the instructions for creating an employer account.
3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 919-289-5424
4. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
   1. Your account ID
   2. Your unemployment rate
   3. Power of Attorney
5. Please forward the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com, and we will send you a prefilled Power of Attorney to complete.
