      Missouri Local Tax Registration

      Helpful links to register for Missouri locals, including Kansas City and St. Louis City

      Kansas City Tax

      1. Go to https://quicktax.gentax.net/KCP/TAP/_/
      2. Click Register Here
      3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out directly to the agency at 816-513-1135
      4. Once Kansas City has processed your registration, Fuse will need:
        1. Your account ID
        2. Your filing frequency
        3. Access to your account online. Fuse will gain access to your account using a Letter from the agency with a Letter ID included at the top.
      5. Please forward the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com

      St. Louis City Tax

      1. Go this URL to download Form E-9
      2. Complete this form.
        1. Make sure to mark your reason for applying as Withholding for City Resident Only
        2. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 314-622-3291
        3. Email the completed form to Earningstaxcor@stlouis-mo.gov
      3. Once St. Louis has processed your registration, Fuse will need:
        1. Your account ID
        2. Your filing frequency
