Helpful links to register for Minnesota withholding and unemployment accounts

Minnesota Department of Revenue (Income Withholding)

1. Go to https://www.mndor.state.mn.us/tp/eservices/_/
2. Click on Create a username
3. Click on Get a Minnesota ID Number
4. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 800-657-3605
5. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
   1. Your account ID
   2. Your filing frequency
   3. Access to your account online

Minnesota Unemployment Insurance Program

1. Go to https://www.uimn.org/uimn/
2. Click on Employers & Agents
3. Click on Register for an Account > Employers
4. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 651-296-6141
5. Once your registration process is completed, Fuse will need:
   1. Your account ID
   2. Your unemployment rate
   3. Access to your account online
