      Massachusetts Tax Registration

      Helpful links to register for Massachusetts withholding and unemployment accounts

      Massachusetts Department of Revenue (Income Withholding & Paid Family Leave)

      1. Massachusetts will assign income withholding and paid family leave ID with one combined application.
      2. Go to https://mtc.dor.state.ma.us/mtc/_/#2
      3. Click on Register a New Taxpayer
      4. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 617-887-6367
      5. Once Massachusetts has processed your application, Fuse will need:
        1. Your account ID
        2. Your filing frequency
        3. Access to your account online

      6. Please forward the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com

      Massachusetts Department of Unemployment Assistance (Unemployment)

      1. Go to https://unemployment.mass.gov/Employers/_/
      2. Click on Register your business
      3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 617-626-5075
      4. Once Massachusetts has processed your application, Fuse will need the following:
        1. Your account ID
        2. Your unemployment rate
        3. Your COVID19 rate (if applicable)
        4. Access to your account online
