Maine Family Leave - Approve Request

Fuse will need access to your ME account to file and pay your tax returns. Please follow the directions below to grant this access.

Fuse will request access to your account online and will need that request approved. If you have not received a request via email, please contact support@fuseworkforce.com and provide the email address used to register on the Maine Paid Family Leave Website.

Follow the following directions to approve this request:

1. Go to this URL: https://pfml.maine.gov/contributions/_/
2. Enter your User ID and Password, and click the Login button.
3.  Click on the Action Center Tab
4. You should see an option to Respond to a Third-Party Access Request

5. Choose Yes on the next screen.

6. Mark the Grant Account Access checkbox and choose File Wage Reports and Make Payments in the drop-down menu.

7. Click Save.
