Helpful links to register for Louisiana withholding and unemployment accounts

Louisiana Department of Revenue (Income Withholding)

1. Go to https://latap.revenue.louisiana.gov/_/
2. Click on Register my Business
3. Complete all the registration information. If you have any questions, please reach out to Louisiana directly at 225-219-7462
4. Once Louisiana has assigned you a withholding account, Fuse will need:
   1. your account ID
   2. your filing frequency
5. Please forward all of the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com

Louisiana Workforce Commission (Unemployment)

1. Go to https://laors9.laworks.net/LastarsRegistration
2. Complete all the registration information. If you have any questions, please reach out to Louisiana directly at 866-783-5567
3. Once Louisiana has assigned you an unemployment account, Fuse will need:
   1. your account ID
   2. your unemployment rate
   3. access to your account online
