Indiana Tax Registration

Helpful links to register for Indiana withholding and unemployment accounts

Indiana Department of Revenue (Income Withholding)

1. Go to https://inbiz.in.gov/start-business/
2. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out directly to Indiana at 317-233-4016 
3. Once Indiana has processed your registration, Fuse will need the following:
   1. Your account ID
   2. Your location code (most likely 001 if you have only one location)
   3. Your filing frequency
4. Please forward the items listed above to support@fuseworkforce.com
5. Indiana has local taxes, which are filed with your Income Withholding ID and returns. You will not need to register for more account IDs when adding additional Indiana local agencies.

Indiana Department of Workforce Development (Unemployment)

1. Go to https://uplink.in.gov/ESS/ESSLogon.htm
2. You will need to register for the website to register for the agency. Click First Time User
3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out directly to Indiana at 800-437-9136
4. Once Indiana has processed your registration, Fuse will need the following:
   1. Your account ID
   2. Your unemployment rate
   3. Access to your account online
