      District of Columbia Tax Registration

      Helpful links to register for District withholding and unemployment accounts

      Washington DC Office of Tax and Revenue (Income Withholding)

      1. Go to https://mytax.dc.gov/_/#1
      2. Click on Register a New Business - Form FR-500
      3. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 202-759-1946
      4. Once DC has processed your registration, Fuse will need the following:
        1. Your account ID
        2. Your filing frequency
        3. Access to your account online is something that Fuse will request from our login.

      5. Please forward the above items to support@fuseworkforce.com

      Washington DC Department of Employment (Unemployment)

      1. Go to https://essp.does.dc.gov/EMPSPA/home/wfmRegister/#/spa/wfmEmployerRegistrationWizard/0
      2. Complete the registration. If you have any questions, please reach out to the agency directly at 202-698-7550
      3. Once DC has processed your registration, Fuse will need the following:
        1. Your account ID
        2. Your unemployment rate
        3. Power of Attorney to access your account online. Please email your account ID and your unemployment rate to support@fuseworkforce.com and we will give you a prefilled Power of Attorney to complete.
