ACA Year-End Processing should only be completed after all employee ACA settings and all company ACA settings have been reviewed. These steps will generate ACA forms based on current ACA timeline data.
View the Correct Tax Year
- Navigate to Team > HR > ACA > ACA Year End Processing
- Select the correct Year and EIN.
- You must complete a separate year-end process for each year and EIN.
- You may need to change your Date Created filter.
- If you do not see the year you are looking for, click the "Add Tax Year Entry" on the top right.
- Click the pencil icon to view a specific ACA Company Tax Year
- Whether you have started this process already or not, you will need to click the "Start New Filing" button on the top right to review your ACA Year-End Checklist

Complete ACA Year-End Processing Steps
You must complete your ACA Year-End Checklist for each year and EIN. The steps should be completed in the following order, as completing these steps out of order will cause items to require un-finalizing, re-populating, or re-finalizing.

Electronic Submission of Forms 1095-C and 1094-C to the IRS
- Electronic filing cannot be completed until all forms 1095-C and 1094-C have been finalized.
- You will need to notify support@fuseworkforce.com once you have finalized all forms.
- Fuse Workforce Management will process and submit the Electronic Files to the IRS for you once you have let us know that all of your forms are finalized.
